26. Delivery Terms

Foxenia.ro products are unique and manufactured only upon request (made-to-order). The standard execution time for foxenia.ro products is typically between 2–5 business days from the moment you receive our confirmation via SMS or email. At that point, your request officially becomes a confirmed order.

Products in supplier stock: These are usually delivered within 5–7 business days of order confirmation. When purchasing these items alongside foxenia.ro custom products, delivery times may increase beyond the timeframe mentioned above.

There is a possibility that these deadlines may be slightly exceeded during peak periods of the year (such as December, the Easter holidays, or November during Black Friday) or due to a high volume of orders. Under these special circumstances, AltConcept SRL reserves the right to extend the delivery time, provided the customer is notified of the delay.

Non-working days (including public holidays) are: January 1–3, 5–6, 24; April 30; May 1–2; June 1, 21; August 15; November 30; December 1, 24–31.

We strive to keep execution times as short as possible. Please note that courier transit time is added to these execution periods. The consumer must confirm or decline any newly proposed delivery deadline.

Note for Europe: Delivery schedules as communicated on the websites of DHL, DPD, and FedEx may influence delivery times during certain periods of the year.
